In today’s A.I driven techno-economic dynamic, individual human intelligence is increasingly becoming irrelevant. Whether in academic research, design work or bringing a product to market, the concept of teamwork has never been more central. Not only for its quality of collective power but most importantly for its quality of resilience. After all innovation is experimental, non linear and complex. It is intensely social and geographically dispersed. It requires a resilient winning team.
At Integral Limits, we are lifelong learners in the arts and science of teamwork: We are inspired by the efficiency in beehives: We leverage the principles of collective intelligence as a key to building a large scale open innovation ecosystem that works on the same principles. We rely on division of work, collaboration and teamwork to achieve our design goals. We are also inspired by Formula One “team” performance; how it takes them less than 2 seconds to change all four tires. Learning from their method, we leverage the principles of data collection as a crucial input for our iteration process; we pay attention to every little detail in order to continously improve the quality and performance of our teams.
