Leadership Education (through design)
TODAY, WE ARE AT THE CUSP OF WIDE ADOPTION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. THE TERM “WARP” SPEED IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION WHEN DESCRIBING THE RATE BY WHICH CHANGE IS ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE AND IMPACT ALL LEVELS OF THE TECHNO-SOCIO-ECONOMIC SPECTRUM. THESE CHANGES REPRESENT AN ENTIRELY NEW AND UNFAMILIAR LANDSCAPE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. THIS INITIATIVE SEEKS TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE ADAPT TO AN UNKNOWN FUTURE THAT IS STILL IN THE MAKING.
In addition to highlighting the importance of academic excellence, this initiative seeks to create and match young people with a series of integrated design/leadership programs that emphasize teamwork, critical thinking, collaborative problem solving, persistence, communication and creativity. It builds upon a foundation of ethics and emotional intelligence to offer young people opportunities to work on real-world design projects.
